Shipping And Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard service, Royal Mail Tracked 24 for faster delivery, and Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed for high value orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Tracked 48 typically arrives within 2-3 working days. Tracked 24 typically arrives the next working day. Special Delivery Guaranteed delivers by 1pm the next working day
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over £30 qualify for free Tracked 48. Orders over £50 qualify for free Tracked 24. Orders over £175 qualify for free Special Delivery Guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We plan to offer international shipping at a future date
Why has my order been shipped with a different service than I selected?
High value orders are automatically upgraded to an appropriate shipping service to ensure your order is adequately protected in transit. This is done at no extra cost to you.
Returns And Refunds
Can I return my order?
Unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition. Once sealed product has been opened it cannot be returned
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage or incorrect item and we will resolve it promptly. We will always put this right.
Orders And Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional payment options are available at checkout.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate cancellations or amendments. Contact us as quickly as possible and we will advise whether this is still possible.
My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What do I do?
Contact us and we will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time before contacting us as deliveries can occasionally run late.
